OMRON included in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2024 for fourth consecutive year

OMRON Corporation has been recognized as a member in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2024. This report, one of the world's most comprehensive publications providing in-depth analysis on corporate responsibility, showcases the sustainability performance of the world’s largest companies. OMRON is receiving this international recognition for its environmental, social and governance efforts within the Electronic Equipment, Instruments & Components industry, for the fourth time in a row.

The S&P Global CSA Scores are conducted by S&P Global, one of the world’s leading providers of research and ratings in the field of socially responsible investing (SRI). Over 9,400 globally leading companies in sustainability from 62 different industries evaluated in the 2023 Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA) were considered for the Sustainability Yearbook. Only 759 top performing companies made it into the Yearbook 2024, including OMRON.

Liu Yue, General Manager of the Sustainability Promotion Office, commented: "We are proud to be recognized for our sustainability efforts, and we believe this prestigious recognition is the result of our ongoing efforts to fully integrate the key sustainability issues identified in our long-term vision, Shaping the Future 2030 (SF2030), into all of our business activities. Our main mission is to innovate for a sustainable future, and we do this by putting people and the planet at the center of all our decisions and actions. We will strengthen our collaboration with our employees, customers and business partners and promote information disclosure."
