VT-RNSII is Omron's second generation in-line PCB inspection system. It delivers fast and reliable results. The inspection program is simplified with Omron easy-to -use EzTS software. VT-RNSII has reduced the post-reflow inspection times by 20% compared to the first generation VT-RNS.

RNSII machines are available with camera magnification settings of either 10, 15 or 20 microns. The magnification is fixed but can be changed in the field by qualified service personnel.

Top side clearance can be set at either 20mm or 40mm (for M size), again this can be changed after delivery.

Omron VT RNSII is available in three models: post reflow (S model), post placement (Z model) and post printing (P model).

The VT-RNSII is available in two sizes, 'M' or 'L', the 'M' size machine will accept pcb's of 255mm x 333mm  and the 'L' size machine will accept pcb's of 460mm x 510mm.
