RNS II new generation

2010 sees the launch of Omron's 2nd generation VT-RNS II and VT-RNSptH II, from the 1st of October we start shipping the new RNS platform which is up to 35% faster than previous models. The RNS II is available in two configurations, in-line and bench-top, and both are fully program compatible, sharing the same off-line peripheral tools including RVS repair, anlaysis and EzTS off-line programming solutions.

With the ever increasing demands on our customers for zero defect manufacturing, the RNS II is specifically designed to provide a cost effective process tool for quality control and process improvement. The RNS II is significantly faster than previous models, quicker to set up & tune with EzTS, highly accurate as you would expect from Omron, and expandable offering a range of process improvement tools. The RNS II bench-top model now comes complete with our simple program generation tool Ez-IT, perfectly suited to high mix, low volume production. Ez-IT, part of the EzTS suite, creates library models in 4 easy steps and the finished programs can be shared between our bench-top and in-line models. EzTS is available with our off-line programming software, enabling multiple machines to be managed from one central location.
